סדרת ה-Slim (המכונה Effilés בצרפתית) אלגנטית וארגונומית במיוחד. ה-No.12 מתאים לסכיני שולחן נהדרים בעוד ה-No.15 משמש לפילה דגים. לכל הסכינים הדקות יש להב גמיש וצר, הקטנים מעולים לחיתוך פירות וירקות והגדולים יותר להכנת דג פילה. אנא זכור כי לסכיני ה-Slim יש להב מעט גמיש ואינם מיועדים לשימוש עבור מרקמים קשיחים.
