The KA-BAR Wrench Knife 1119 is a remarkable neck knife. The design is based on the knives that are sometimes forged from old wrenches by knife enthusiasts. KA-BAR used these characteristic shapes and turned them into this nice knife.
KA-BAR used 425 to forge this knife. This is a slightly improved version of the famous 420 steel. Stainless, tough, easy to sharpen. So great! Because of the association with a wrench you might assume that this knife is really heavy. Fortunately this is not the case. With 90 grams it is a perfect neck knife. Ready to open boxes, prepare a sandwich or to split a couple of sticks as kindling.
