The KA-BAR Short Tanto offers an Asian-inspired design and is the smaller sibling of the iconic KA-BAR USMC. Boasting similar features, the knife now features a tanto blade for enhanced penetrating power that sets it apart from other competitors. The large knife has a sturdy feel and the handle includes protective components to prevent any accidental cuts from its razor-sharp edge during heavy use. While the 1095-carbon steel used for the blade is not rust-resistant, it is coated in black for easier maintenance. Plus, it comes with a leather sheath for convenient carrying.
