The Amphibian is a true classic, revived. Originally designed over two decades ago by Tony Marfione, the Amphibian was ahead of its time, capable of blending manual and automatic designs in one cohesive knife. Today, the manual version returns—now equipped with Microtech’s proprietary RAM-LOK™ system, ensuring rock-solid lockup, ambidextrous operation, and smooth, secure deployment.
This version features dual thumb studs, a reversible tip-up titanium clip, and the signature Böhler M390MK steel—a proprietary alloy exclusive to Microtech. The hollow-ground clip point blade with an Apocalyptic finish adds a tactical flair, while the fluted 7075-T6 alloy handle in OD Green Mil-Spec evokes classic military aesthetics. Sized similarly to the MSI (Microtech Standard Issue), the Amphibian stands apart with unmistakable style and serious substance.
