Set of two paring knives. The blades are based on XC90 Carbon Steel. The peculiarity of this alloy is its excellent hardness and wear resistance. But at the same time, steel does not have sufficient protection against corrosion. Therefore, when using models, wipe them dry and do not leave them wet. The handle of each of the knives is made using beech wood. Beech can often be found in Opinel knife handles. For better protection against moisture and dirt, the handle is varnished.

When working with knives, remember the rules for using products. Washing is allowed only by hand. It is necessary to store models in a place specially designated for this, separately from other utensils. Protect models from damage and deformation, as well as from contact with aggressive cleaning agents. Use knives strictly for their intended purpose.
